As I suggested in my post about your clogged tranny filter on May 3rd, I think your tranny may be showing the final results of the tranny cooler failure you posted about back in March 2010.

I also suspect the disintegrating clutch material might well be blamed for what appeared to be torque converter problems you had. See this post by Porkface/Chuck about how coolant affects the tranny clutches.
