Your mechanic may have disconnected the wires going into the doors to keep your battery from dying. How that was done depends on how 240-savvy he/she is.
Depending on how much you trust your pro, you may want to take it back and mention the collateral damage. That would be the quickest way, if you are on good terms. It is an easy mistake to make, to forget to reconnect the speaker when putting the door panel back on. Making that omission has given me extra experience popping door panel fasteners.
On the other hand, if you think this wasn't a simple mistake, but a lack of competence, the only solutions are to learn it yourself or find a new pro.
