Regardless of someone's opinion on the solid vs dampened pulley, the short answer is no, a B23 pulley will not fit on a B230 crankshaft. They attach in a different manner.

There have been solid (aluminum underdrive) pulleys run on cast B230 cranks for hundreds of thousands of miles and I have yet to hear of a single crankshaft failure. I would think I would be one of the first ones to know since we've sold dozens of them...
