OK...
So, to be sure we're all on the same page..
Both fan/alternator belts gone, right?
Crank pulley to A/C gone, right?
A/C to P/S still in place and fine.
Is that all correct?
I've lost belts, but never had them be totally MIA... there's always been a stragler that's haning around the water pump, or something. Not to say they can't break, taking one out after another.
I would take ALL the belts off, check all the pulleys. (including the crank pulley, which at this point, I'm suspect of). Make sure everything spins as it should.
Maybe the belts were installed to tight a year and a half ago and one failed, taking the others out. Maybe the harmonic balancer failed and the crank pulley parted ways with it's hub. Maybe it's just coincidence that a fairly new belt broke, and took others with it. But I rather doubt that last option.
Something went wrong here, I don't see it as being a huge deal assuming the water pump and accessories all spin freely.
I'm thinking, at worse, it's time for a front crank pulley/harmonic balancer.
At best, it's simple belt replacement time, and make sure tension is correct. But I'd make damn sure everything else that could possible be wrong is right. That list is, in order: crank pulley, A/C compressor, Water pump.
