Down under, the throttle there is a rubber bellows. Inside it, there is a flap plate.
As the engine draws in airflow, the flap raises to let gasoline flow to the injectors.
The injectors have to have some where in the neighborhood of 35 psi to open the injector nozzle. That is why the question for the amount was important from Goatman.
If the car has not run for some time, the fuel may have gummed up the fuel distributor that holds the flap. You may need to slip off the bellows and check to see if the disc/flap will lift up VERY easily. If you blow just a little bit of air under it, it should lift.
Anyway, I am guessing but it would be the first place to look for me.
