Phoning and talking with someone has always resolved things for me. That goes for FCP, eEuroparts, IPD, RockAuto, etc. They get a zillion emails a day, so you can get buried. Getting someone on the phone puts your issue right in front of them, and they want your business and are usually quick to work it out.
