air mass flow meter 200 1995

No need to be defensive. Do know that you twice said it's a '95, and one of those was a drop-down box. Hard to make two different mistakes who's results are identical.

It's OK to just say... "Oh.. wow. How about that? I checked my registration, and lo and behold, it's a '93! Sorry for the confusion."

So... that being said.. I'm no expert on the newer cars. What I do know is that the air mass meter won't cause the fuel pump to not run. The relay will, and your diagnostics of the relay.... well, sure sounds like it's not working to me.

Maybe that relay is controlled by the computer as well. I wish I could tell you that. But I'd sure start by replacing the relay.

If that works, and your car runs without the bypass, then address the code issue you are experiencing.

This is a friendly group of helpful folks...
