Body water drainage 200 1989

Check the drains at the pinch welds at the bottom edge of the body, near where you jack up the car. Also look inside the cabin.Remove the black sill trim, fold back the carpet and find the "white round plugs".Remove these and shop vac the channels.Make sure your wiper motor is sealed tight to the fire wall.Check for windshield moulding liftting either at the top or bottom of the window.Install some type of screen on the cowl vents so that it doesn't clog again.Shop vac in the corners in the engine bay near the hinges.Alot of stuff goes down there. Then hit it with a hose to get it really clean,it should all come out near the bottom of the front fenders.
