Thanks for the offer West Coast 544 but I now have new cylinder seals from another wheel cylinder. I stopped in at Pep-Boys and the fellow at the counter searched the shelves for a compatible rear wheel cylinder. He found one that had the 13/16 seals I needed. The end caps do not fit, but I should be able to reuse the old ones.
As far as the font wheel cylinders go, I have a 57 front end on a 63 PV544 and they are in almost new conditions along with the flex hoses. I was able to open the bleed srews without any concern for shearing off.
So, after sandblasting, cleaning all rear brake parts and painting them, I should be in good condtion. I was also able to remove clean up and hone the main brake cylinder. I expect, the brake system to function well, as intended as soon as I can complete reassembly.
