Electrical issue with new car and where to buy non Scantech caliper rebuild kits 700 1991

You may have an instrument cluster problem or maybe the speedo pickup on the rear axle needs cleaning. But first try cleaning all the ground connections on both inner front fenders. They can cause all sorts of wierd electrical problems.
