I just bought mine from IPD for my 1992 245 last week for ~110$. Found it a bit later at FCP for about $10 less.
I don't have a wiring diagram for a 700 series car. In fact don't make the same stupid mistake I did and let the cap that holds all the wires in place let go! You will definitly need a diagram then! Just be careful and you'll be fine. You won't need a wiring diagram unless this happens to you... its "keyed" to only go one way.

IIRC the part is the same for my 240 as your 700 car.
