Frozen headlamp nuts 200 1993

Very common. I just dealt with this issue yesterday. Ended up pulling the headlight out of the 3 ball sockets. I was able to use a screw driver to release the small clip that keeps the ball locked into the socket. After the headlight was out I drilled out the bolts that were spinning. Then I put in new bolts attached with JB weld. As a general practice I JB weld all the backsides of the bolts even if there not spinning. The bolt won't fit with the intergrated washer so need to get new ones at the hardware store or flatten out the round portion in a vise. Thought about using a dremel cutoff wheel but didn't want to grind off paint.
