960 Coolant Pressure - HELP 900 1996

The gray caps were about 22 psi, and the black about 11. Eleven psi is all you need. I don't know what the green ones are but the kPa is normally on the cap.
You don't mention if you drove the car for 30 minutes. Idling won't prove much. You'll have to drive it, and I'd drive it briskly for a while.
If the new cap is venting properly the hoses shouldn't bloat up too much, but it is possible for a combustion gas leak to overwhelm the caps vent so the pressure builds again.
The compression test results are not that bad - a 5-10% variation is ok, because of the variation in testing. If the coolant pressure is resolved, drive it. If not, aside from the cylinder head re and re hassle, you'll risk blowing the heater core if you continue with too much pressure.
Good luck.
