Power windows should be a switched hot so it is a good candidate. Make sure nothing is actually hooked up to the load side and you can switch it out to a 10AMP eliminating any need for an in-line fuse.

Keep in mind that fuses and circuit breakers are there to protect the wiring, not your devices.
