eBay will find many examples of the .75" MC as used on Land Rovers. Some are very cheap, one I saw said it was made in Afganistan (!) A "genuine" Land Rover item is about half the "Volvo" price, just swap in your old pushrod. Replace the yoke if worn. Make sure you fit the push rod retainer cup the right way round.
