I had made door sills for my 544 they turned out nice I know the are not original and do not have the Volvo logo. I held them in place with automotive double face tape.

Ray I have Mazda Miata seats recovered.
Yes I can make more door sills. I would need work up a cost for the sills. I don't need to make a profit just cover cost. But how would I market the sills? It would not be cost effective to make one set at a time I would need to make 15 or 20 but I don't need to get stuck with sills that did not sell.

The process used is Plastic Vacuum Forming.
I built a mold using the original door sills to cast a pattern. Next heat a sheet of ABS plastic and form over the mold. Then trim (cut) the sill out.

I agree with Matt. I think you ought to see if you can sell some, having put that much
work into them! If I had an old turtle-back I'd sure be interested!
