I am late to this party, but at this point have you done a compression test? What were the results?

You might try squirting about a tablespoon of oil into each cylinder and cranking it over to coat the walls. Then install a set of new plugs. Disconnect the injectors and give it a couple of shots of starting fluid. If it will fire on that, reconnect the injectors and see if it will start.
