Simply connect a jumper wire between the fuse terminals...If the fuses are good, it doesn't matter which end of the fuse you attach to.
Both ends of the fuses are positive (to ground) when energized.
I've got a 16ga. jumper wire about 12" long with alligator clips on each end.
I simply remove the fuse cover and attach the alligator clips to whatever exposed metal is available on the selected fuse terminal.
Old age, arthritis and bad eyesight prevent me from putting the close eyeball on the fuse terminals...especially if I'm in a hurry, so I just count the fuses with my fingers and clip the jumper on.
Since all of the fuses are energized from the positive side of the same battery, creating a short circuit is not likely.....possible only if you happen to touch one end of the jumper to the body chassis or other grounded metal.
hope this helps
