The main obstacle to mounting the 4 square, 4 round or 2 round headlight brackets into the later body is that they sit deeper in the well -- that's why the earlier radiator support is necessary. I suppose the outer ends of the earlier r.s. could be welded to the center section of the original later r.s. It all comes apart by drilling out the spot welds. -- Dave
