OK, that's good work. That proves the 25A fuse wiring and fuel pumps. I think your lack of pressure was due to the pumps not running. The check valve is only meant to keep pressure in the line for hot restarts - spec is 20 mins. not overnight.

The lack of pump buzz you reported earlier points to the fuel ECU. Try swapping in one from your other cars, assuming at least one of them is 89-93. Tell us if yours has a pink label after the swap fixes it. If it was not for that symptom -- lack of pump buzz as you turn the key -- I would refer you to Dan's suggestion to look for a problem with spark. Usually the CPS.
