I did finally get it to seal, i cooled off a little and went back out and pulled the pump again, the heater o ring pushed in and was dripping down the side making it look as if it was leaking from the pump.

I didnt get it into the full red zone, so i probly got close to the melting point but i shouldnt have actually gotton that hot.

She is running good now though, after i got everything put back together last night i took her for a drive up and down the street and a 20 minute idle and everything was perfect. glad to have my wagon back.

I linked a photo at top to show where the actual hole in the block was.

I coulndt help but vent last night, i was just so upset that id taken my time and paitence and there was a cooling issue. Thankfull with gods help i fixed it.
