ANSWER Relocating rear plate 120-130

I do not believe there are any legal issues.

Larger trucks have the plates Centered, to the left, to the right, up high, down low...Same with trailers. Plates are attached to side fenders, some are on the back door centered.. So long as it's in view, I don't think you have an issue
