Cat suggestions? 200 1990

Ive got an EGR 245 DL.. I don't live in California, but I think it was a CA model. Anyways, I've got to replace the whole exhaust system from head pipe all the way back. FCP seems to have a decent DEC header pipe that fits cars with EGR, and at a good price. For the exhaust, I'm going with the IPD Sport exhaust. Now comes the cat... I know I need a loose flange and what pops up is either Genuine Volvo or Bosal. For whatever reason, Genuine Volvo is cheaper, and looks cheaper. Bosal looks better, but not by much. Anyways, does anyone have any thoughts?

Or any different routes to go? Different brands maybe? I know I've asked this all before, but it's getting to be crunch time. I have to start saving $$$ and do it all in one swoop. No worries, but I was just curious what routes others have went, and really how will I be sure it'll all line up? Should I buy the same manufacturer for everything? Thanks in advance.. Bork^3,

Why mix and match? Why a sport exhaust when you are trying to save money? Especially on a 1990 car. I love my 240 also and I use OEM when I can but as far as the exhaust is concerned I used the fcpgroton.com exhaust kit which includes everything, except the CAT I think, and have been satisfied. If you call them they can advise you on the best CAT for fit and budget.

Ya know? I don't know. The IPD sport exhaust seemed fun to me. I guess I'm in dire need of a header pipe. There's a leak on it. Now with my EGR vehicle, it calls for replacement of both the header pipe and the cat. Of course the cat looks bad, so other than my budget, that's not a problem to replace both. So, I would like to replace both right now, and ride out the rest of the mufflers till those springs a leak.

Now the DEC's are looking nice. A DEC header/cat combo from FCP would hold me over for a minute. I was thinking when the time comes, the sport exhaust would be nice. And are not too much more expensive. Although, I'm not going to cry if I go the Starla route. Might even be a better idea.
