Ive got an EGR 245 DL.. I don't live in California, but I think it was a CA model. Anyways, I've got to replace the whole exhaust system from head pipe all the way back. FCP seems to have a decent DEC header pipe that fits cars with EGR, and at a good price. For the exhaust, I'm going with the IPD Sport exhaust. Now comes the cat... I know I need a loose flange and what pops up is either Genuine Volvo or Bosal. For whatever reason, Genuine Volvo is cheaper, and looks cheaper. Bosal looks better, but not by much. Anyways, does anyone have any thoughts?

Or any different routes to go? Different brands maybe? I know I've asked this all before, but it's getting to be crunch time. I have to start saving $$$ and do it all in one swoop. No worries, but I was just curious what routes others have went, and really how will I be sure it'll all line up? Should I buy the same manufacturer for everything? Thanks in advance.. Bork V3
