you most definitely have a leaking front cam seal. this is exactly where the leak shows up.

when you change it i suggest you buy a very small length of 1 7/8" OD diameter white pvc plumbing pipe. cut a piece 3 or so inches long and after hand setting the seal use this pipe to set the seal the rest of the way in.

if you set the seal all the way in until it rests against the inner stop of the head your leak will be gone.

when you pull out the old seal you can see how far in you need to go.

you need NOT remove the entire t belt to do this job.

set engine to TDC turning balancer

1. remove fan shroud
2. remove fan
3 remove 3 bolts and 1 screw from upper cover
4. pull out alt pulley wheel off 4 water pump studs
5. remove cover
6. loosen tensioner bolt
7. pull belt towards passenger fender and insert allen wrench into tensioner hole to take pressure off belt
8. carefully remove belt off cam sprocket
9. use a small vise grip to grip t belt together just above intermediate shaft so it does not move
10. remove tensioner
11. impact gun off the cam sprocket nut and remove sprocket BUT reset cam to tdc before removing if it moves
12. pull outward inner cover
13 remove seal and clean surface

reverse steps
12.
