hi sages- did this job 2 years ago on my 92 240. you want sticker shock? dont worry about the price of the 30 r 10 gates hose piece for the submersible fuel hose. you should taste what the dealer will clip you for if you sub out the job to them. decided after i had recovered from that shock to do the job myelf. didit a in sat afternoon. while youre at it best to replace the filter sock, tank gasket, submersible hose , sending unit and pump. be careful to get a quality intank pump. whole job was about $225. some vendors told me i could use fuel injector hose in the tank. that is bullqweet. it will deteriorate on the outside. must get the 30 r10. also helpful to get the bung nut tool to remove and reinstall the gasket hold down. can get that from ipd or fcp. regards oldduke
