Look for a vacuum leak on the engine intake.
There are several rubber vacuum hoses on that engine, and one of them may have slipped off or developed a crack.

A vacuum leak will always cause a bad idle on a B230F engine.

You also may want to check the operation of the Idle Air control valve, and the Throttle Position Switch (which is on the throttle body).

Look for a vacuum leak first.
