As I recall, there is a mettal trim plate on the inside of the B pillar that must be removed to access the fasteners. To get that off you must remove the upper seatbelt bolt on the B billar.. takes a big honkin phillips S/D (same as used with the the door hinge screws).

I don't recall if I removed the side upholstery panel or not.

Use care not to damage the rubber seals as they are NLA!!
