Inner tie rod removal 700

Changed mine a couple yrs ago, it was a non issue after a lot of drama and doomsday warnings. Vice grip on the rack, pipe wrench on the arm, it took hardly any force to break the peen loose, looks like its only done to prevent the arm from rattling loose. It literally took longer to remove the front wheel than the repair itself.
