I agree with the advice to have the battery load tested, but I think your charging voltage is marginal. I'd like to see between 13.7-14.2VDC. I suspect you are ready for a voltage regulator/brush pack, and it wouldn't hurt to measure voltage drops on your battery cables (not sure if high resistance plagues the V90s the way it does with the V70 cables).
