How's your fuel pump check valve? 700 1990

Hello,

Your symptoms sounds like vapor-lock.

Inspect your fuel pump check valve to see if it is still working. This valve is to maintain fuel pressure in the fuel lines when engine is OFF. As fuel is kept under pressure (thanks to this valve) vapor is less likely to form and hot starting is easier next time.

The valve part number is 112928. But it comes already attached with new fuel pump.

For the part's photo see:

Regards,
Amarin.
