Hello,

Check the plugs, makes sure they are ok (no carbons). No these carbons won't form while the car's sitting for a year. They may form with the recent repeated starting and engine hasn't up to working temp.

Also pull out the vacuum hose off fuel pressure regulator. See if there's any fuel leaks out of regulator.
