You can most likely run the tires without any problem...but...

The 75 series tires are larger in diameter than the 70 series.
This will result in a incorrect reading in your speedometer.

For example, when your speedometer says that you are travelling at 65 MPH you will actually be going almost 67 MPH.

I can't for see any other problem unless they may look a little odd.
