ECU, AMM (B230F, CA egr) problems 700 1991

1991 745 (Bosch, not Regina)

I bought dialectric grease and now I need advice on how to
(1) carefully, effectively clean the contacts on my ECU, AMM, harness connectors and
(2) locate the gound(s) to clean them.

Anybody know where any un-obvious grounds (especially for the ECU) are found?
I keep reading about possible ECU grounds issues.
