linkage will not affect o/d. fluid pressure will. if it's down, it must be leaking, right?

you need to see if the o/d relay is telling the o/d solenoid what to do. the wiring at the shifter and trans can break.

push the o/d button, the od solenoid will click, very quietly. if no noise, then check for voltage. if no noise and voltage is ok, you need the solenoid. if noise is ok and no o/d, you'll have to get to 500k without it. the trans is done. good luck, chuck.
