Tire Brand Recommendation 200 1992

Thanks Susan. 195/70 are a little bit smaller in diameter than the 195/75 so will in effect give your engine an easier time. Gearing will be a fraction lower so for any given road speed the engine revs will be a little higher, not much though. If loaded with camping gear the slightly lower gearing would be an advantage, especially if you were touring in hilly areas. Current #1 appears to be 195/70 Michelins which is a good choice. The extra dollars will soon be swallowed up by the extra miles you get out of them. As said, get REAL Michelin as I have read that they do make "specials" for Sam's Club and the like, which may look similar but aren't top spec as far as the rubber compound goes.
