..all salutations to Art and those who again provided feedback on our latest WVT..weird volvo thing. Per Art's diagnosis, we did indeed have two failed foil traces on the circuit board. 15 minutes of rudimentary soldering and solid, strong signals were achieved. It appears that both 3amp dash bulbs were scorched. After reinstalling, both the tach and turn signal function had returned to normal...the clock light was back but still no dash lights...presumably due to bad bulbs. When I'm able to source a few of those and get them in, I'll report back...many thanks.
