Sounds like you are losing fuel in the fuel line or the rest pressure after shut down.
Was the problem happening before all of the replacements?
It can be caused by a bad main fuel pump check valve, located on the outlet of the pump or a leaky (by the drop) injector.
Both might be caused by real old fuel, trash or rust in the tank.
The injectors have fine mesh inlet screens. Since you have all good filters I doubt much has made it there.
The sock filter in the fuel tank is the first line of defense but it's not meant to be a real fine filter but a strainer.
Sometimes, the check valve spring just wears out from fatigue or scrubbing the sides of the housing. Plain out broke, as it was in two pieces, when I cut it open.
How many miles on the car or specifically the main pump as a unit?
I have had one of those fail before, just the way I described above.
