Keep adding with everything running 900 1993

Art is right :-)

Keep on adding with engine running, AC on, blower on highest and pressure switch jumpered. Keep adding until COLD air comes out of vent.

The 200 series typically needs 750gm of R134a. That's about 26oz. You may need more than one recharge kit. Recharge kits may come in handy 10oz, 14oz and 20oz sizes. So estimate accordingly.

When cold air is there STOP adding. Don't disconnect the gauge/kit yet. Get the reading. It should be around 35 to 40 PSI with ambient air 75F (car doors all open). If not, add more R134a until reaching target.

Note: During adding the gauge may read well above 50PSI. This is the kit's internal pressure pushing into the system. Only read the gauge when not adding (engine, AC, blower, compressor still RUNS).

Regards,
Amarin.
