When both the hazards and the directionals fail, the relay is the prime suspect. You'd ordinarily find it by ear, clipped to the left support rail for the center console -- to the left of the radio. But it isn't working, so you'll need to identify it by sight. Look for a 1" cube relay with 3 colors of wires going to its socket; white, yellow, and black. It is just behind the panel you remove with one screw and one 1/4-turn plastic button.
Often times you can make it work again by giving it a snick with your nail, because inside, an old solder joint has cracked. Easy to repair with a soldering iron.
