turn signals and hazards not working 200

When both the hazards and the directionals fail, the relay is the prime suspect. You'd ordinarily find it by ear, clipped to the left support rail for the center console -- to the left of the radio. But it isn't working, so you'll need to identify it by sight. Look for a 1" cube relay with 3 colors of wires going to its socket; white, yellow, and black. It is just behind the panel you remove with one screw and one 1/4-turn plastic button.

Often times you can make it work again by giving it a snick with your nail, because inside, an old solder joint has cracked. Easy to repair with a soldering iron.
