'93 940 - No brake lights / no cruise control 900

the stop light switch gr/yellow comes from/ goes to fuse 4.
verify you have continuity between

verify you have continuity between the third brake light yellow/black and its connection at the bulb out sensor

since you have tried bulb out sensor replacement i suppose its fair to surmise they at least one was good so this eliminates the bulb sensor.

if memory serves the other brake switch wire also connects to the bulb out sensor.
check for continuity.
