Derek,
Thank you for the archive reference. It clarified my understanding of how the TPS functions. I initially manually checked the arm travel with the ignition "off" which resulted in hardly any movement. I didn't realize that having the ignition "on" made the difference in the arm travel of the TPS. I did get 20 clicks. I guess I'll have to look elsewhere to determine the cause of my miss fire.
