Ya, Didn't Volvo meet that Benchmark Already with the 240 series???

in the 80's

I seem to recall...the 240 series up thru 1990. Insurance Institute of America stats: ZERO DEATHS Got the newspaper clipping somewhere, it's very yellow from hanging on the fridge for my kids to read.

Yeh... before Airbags too....before TAKATA (shards in your face) airbags----ooopps U Die.


Oh yeh, everybody drove Slower back then, that's why they didn't die...HUH
