1993 classic wagon check engine light and turn signals

Just a wild guess, but remove the shroud from the steering column and see that the ground wire is connected ( on the left side, I think). No real idea on the throttle body. What do the codes say ? Otherwise, leak at the gasket ? Accordian tube has a new hole ? You could try cleaning the '93 throttle body and reinstall it.
