That's probably the 164 that George acquired later. The one he had since 1972 was light blue in colour, with the earlier oval vent hole wheels. He bought it when it was two years old and the car was shipped to Panama when he was there, and then back to Barttlesville when he retired some 20 odd years later. I sat in that 164 and the Yellow Peril before leaving the USA in 2005.
George was a real nice person, and yes, my 1974 144 is going thru yet another restoration after 15 yrs. I believe some parts on my car did come from the culch heap. The heap was in a barn at the back of his house, large enough to park a couple of 164s.
Sure did bring back a lot of memories of my days in Oklahoma with this post.
