heater fan wiring 200 1989

hi BB. my 240 made a classic move. the heater fan motor stop working when it is cold weather and needed most. does anyone have wiring diagram. checked fuses they're fine. when it stopped, car was running and fan working, then it stopped, suspected blown fuse. but then I smelled electrical burn odor. shut fan off. have a few questions does this sounds like relay, switch or what??? may have to perform chainsaw procedure. any other thoughts. thanks

    "does anyone have wiring diagram"

    Sure.

Look here. Can't tell what it sounds like though. Most statistically likely issue is motor, and if you leave it cook long enough on a lower speed setting, it will be a resistor too, if the fuse is truly fine.

thanks for the diagram art. it looks like the power come from the batt to some kind of relay, then to the fuse, switch, resistor then fan. trying troubleshoot everything else before chainsaw. is there a way to jump the switch to test it before going to the chainsaw.
