While I have you here can I pick your brain, please?

My 240 was running very badly and this forum suggested I change the 'Fuel Relay' which I did and it ran really really well for over a year.

But this week it started gurgling like it couldn't get the fuel and stalls - until it is warmed up. If I put it in Reverse gear just after starting it will rumble and then just stall.

I had a look at the 'Fuel Relay' and it felt very very 'hot' - and after only 3 kilometres.

I miss my smooth ole Volvo and my problem is it's almost impossible to find a decent mechanic for these older Volvos. Mine is a 1991 240 Limited Anniversary Edition.
