Starting with a cold engine and tranny, when the sump is full, drain as much as you can first. Fill the sump with the same amount that you drained. Then do the flush as per FAQ's, 2 quarts at a time.

Nothing can be guaranteed, but spending $100 on a good flush beats getting another tranny.
