Hi,

Recently there have been other '91s in several post about the same issue.

In their cases it was either that system relay mentioned or loose terminals on the main pump under the car or under the left side of the rear seat.
Those two terminals on the pump get weak. You need to squeeze the metal inside the wire ends a tiny bit so that push on like a spark plug wire with slip or pop on feel.

Poke around a little bit and read their post about steps they took to finally resolve this issue.
They are titled in similar words or tone of distress.
Read the last posted by date and work backwards as it might save some time.
