Your other option is Volvo Tips, where the site owner for some stupid jackass reason chose to stuff scanned Volvo green books into Flash video files.

I suggest you update your anti-virus / nait malware, use FireFox, turn off third party cookies in FireFox, and install the add-on uBlock Origin through the FireFox Add-ons dialogue. Then install the current version of Adobe Flash.

You may may need to install some manner of Windows (10?) Media Feature Pack to be able to play Flash video in FireFox Quantum. I'm unsure.

It would be best to use the current offline flash installer as it wants to install garbage like Mcafee antivirus or something.

Why Volvo Tips jackass does not convert to HTML5 for video stream is beyond me.

You may also want to try Google Chrome with uBlock Origin. uBlock Origin blocks spam and some malware. It is not anti virus. It is an ad blocker that is not easily or often detected by websites.

If you can work with HTML, you can open the HTML files and find the Shockwave files (file format *.swf) and download it.
